1892 Coachworx LLC Limited Warranty

You have decided to purchase what works from 1892 Coachworx LLC, and we hope you are glad you did. Nearly all of our vehicles come with a 3 month / 3,000 mile limited warranty to give you piece of mind on your purchase. The terms of the warranty are outlined below!

For a term of 3 months or 3000 miles, whichever occurs first, 1892 Coachworx LLC will cover the following components under the following terms:

Internally lubricated components within the engine, transmission, transfer case and differentials.

Water pumps, fuel pumps, drive axles and wheel bearings.

Parts failures due to customer neglect, abuse or modification in any way will not be covered.

Failures of a non covered part by a covered part will not be covered.

Any warranty repairs must be brought back to 1892 Coachworx LLC to be performed.

There will be no reimbursement for warranty repairs performed elsewhere.

Towing, if applicable will be at the expense of the customer.

Customer must provide maintenance records on request of 1892 Coachworx LLC if requested.

Failures of a covered component due to a repair performed elsewhere will not be covered.

1892 Coachworx does not warranty any electronic components, or wear items such as clutches

WARRANTY TERMS:

Your power train warranty from 1892 Coachworks LLC is under the following terms:

Warranty is 50/50 where the customer is responsible for 50% of the covered components and 1892 Coachworx LLC is responsible for 50% of the covered components, parts and labor.

Parts are invoiced at MSRP and will be provided by 1892 Coachworx LLC.

Labor is billed at 130.00 per hour, calculated on a nationally published labor guide.

Taxes, shop supplies, and hazardous materials disposal fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Salvage yard, aftermarket, or OEM parts can be used at the discretion of 1892 Coachworx LLC provided that they are of a comparable like, kind and quality.

1892 Coachworx LLC reserves the right to sublet repairs as it sees fit.

1892 Coachworx LLC does not offer this warranty on any vehicle over 19 model years old or any vehicle that is consigned by a third party.

A mechanics lien is enforced until the customer has satisfied their 50% of warranty repairs, tax, shop supplies and hazardous materials disposal fees, and no vehicle will be released until these are paid.
